Hi Bob,
It was so nice meeting you all! Below is a list of all the edits we discussed during the consultation so they have a comprehensive list from which to work. Feel free to text/call me (614-638-2169) with any questions as they’re working through everything.
Thanks!
Kate
Overall
Pre-pack as many personal items as possible
De-personalize any areas as much as possible, including removing personal photos and anything religious or political in nature
For bathrooms - we recommend having them be completely empty, with minimal décor and personal items like trash cans, rugs, etc. tucked away.
Remove all signs of pets throughout the home (beds, litter box, bowls, etc.)
Living Room
Place a piece of art or a mirror on the mantle; Remove all the extra decor
Remove the art from the walls on either side of the fireplace
Rearrange the furniture so the sofa and coffee table are facing the fireplace and the two chairs are facing the front window
Place the cowhide below the coffee table with the sofa and chairs touching it as well
Remove the trailing ivy plant that’s on the stairs or at least trim it to ensure the pretty woodwork shows
Hang the art that’s currently leaned on the console table
Remove the curtains from the high windows and replace the lower front ones with white ones
Kitchen + Dining
Remove everything from the dining table and place the bowl we discussed in the middle

Remove everything from the counters except for 2-3 items to show the ample counterspace
Pre-pack about 50% of the glassware in the cabinets with windows
Mudroom: pre-pack some of the boots and coats

Position these as bedrooms by adding a bed and nightstand to each space
